Yes, mobile will - scratch that - mobile IS changing education.
K-12, Higher Ed, and beyone.
The report simply shows the breath of belief in the mobile tech space.
The question I have is more along the lines of: Is mobile similar to VHS, DVD, or BLU-RAY? These have all been stepping stones to where we are going - which is digitally delivered content.
Are we going to see mobile devices come and go - and what will replace them if so?
Google glasses, digital brain implant learning?
